How to delete

Open the Yagu app on the parent’s phone:

1. Go to Me → Grown-ups (Parent Zone).
2. Solve the math gate (and enter the parent PIN if you set one).
3. Open Danger zone → Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot open the app, email support@askyagu.ai from the parent email on the account and ask us to delete it. Include the parent email so we can find the right family.

What happens — 30 days

• The account is closed immediately. You cannot sign in for normal use.
• Learning progress, child profiles, scan photos, and call transcripts we store are kept for 30 days.
• After 30 days that family content is permanently deleted. Shared curriculum (zones, missions, icon banks) is not deleted.
• Play Store subscriptions are managed in Google Play — cancel there if you also want billing to stop.
